Order Processing (Handling Time)
Processing times vary depending on the item and supplier.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Shabbos (Saturday) or Jewish holidays (Yom Tov).

Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Once an item has shipped, transit times typically depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

Multiple Shipments
Because we ship from multiple specialized supplier warehouses, items within a single order may ship separately and arrive at different times.
